As we have returned to work after lockdown, we can assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure we act responsibly and professionally at this time.
1. We will be safe and healthy and ask that you be too.
IF YOU HAVE ANY CORONAVIRUS SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH THE VIRUS, PLEASE DO NOT VIEW A PROPERTY.
The health and safety of our team and our clients, and our customers is paramount during this crisis and we’d like to provide you with the highest level of service whilst recognising the risks of spreading the virus. Please confirm the time of viewing with us, and confirm you or anyone viewing has no Coronavirus symptoms/ have not had symptoms for at least 14 days, or have not been in contact with someone who contracted the virus in the last 14 days.
2. We clean our hands on entry and exit of every property. We ask that internal doors are left open where possible.
We ask anyone viewing not to touch any surfaces. We will clean any surfaces that we have had to touch upon exit. Eg. Door handles
3. We will practice social distancing where we will stay 2 m apart, and will wear a mask (and fresh gloves where appropriate). We will also ask anyone viewing the property to wear a mask, and we will ask you to sanitise your hands before entering into a property.
For tenants:
- We will meet at the property and keep a distance of 2 metres at all times. We would ask you to limit the number of viewers to two people from one household (who already live together).
- All internal doors, windows, and the back door (as appropriate) will be opened.
- We will stay 2m away from you at all times during the viewing.
- Please try not to touch anything inside the property. If you’d like to see anything in detail please let us know when you are outside the property we will re-enter and try to accommodate your request.
- When you leave the property please don’t touch your face until you’ve properly washed your hands or used a hand sanitiser.
For landlords or current tenants where property is being shown:
- Please ensure all internal doors are left open where possible.
- We will clean any surfaces that have had to be touched (eg door handles)
- We will wear a mask and ensure any people viewing wear one too
4. To limit social contact, all documents, where possible, will be signed online using Signable.
